I can see myself getting behind this record pretty easily. It’s got that pop punk upbeat likability of a Big Kids press, with the drums of dare i say a Minus the Bear or So Many Dynamos groove. The vocals and guitars are sort of math rock vibe with twinkly licks and sing/shout lyrics. Boasting that in-the-basement-production-feel, bands are getting fonder and fonder of. From what i gather they’re defunct, but you can pick up the record from Topshelf at your leisure. I will say this could be damn charming someday on vinyl check it out, very groovy and biscuits.
